1. ENROLLMENT AGREEMENT
We strive to ensure our clients receive the most comprehensive and well-rounded singing education possible. Participants or their parents/ legal guardians, if the participant is under the age of 18, are required to read and agree to this policy agreement in order to use & take advantage of any & all singing revealed services.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY - RIGHTS
By accepting our service agreement you have authorized us to use any photo, video, audio recordings acquired during our work together for promotional purposes. We will never sell images, recordings of your person. We will never share these images with other persons, organizations, entities.
By participating in any Singing Revealed Live Stream, Zoom or similar live feed classes, you acknowledge & grant your permission for recording and use of any photo, video, audio acquired during these, for promotional purposes as well as for such to be placed in our exclusive members only archive.
Client features on Social Media. We feature our clients' progress & experiences regularly on social media. You acknowledge and grant your permission for the use of any photo, video, audio acquired during your online sessions for use for promotional purposes when you accept the terms of our service agreement.
Our storage of your personal information is for our internal purposes only and will never be sold or shared with third parties.
3. CANCELLATION POLICY SINGING REVEALED
Singing Revealed reserves the right to reschedule any Singing Revealed class, event, lesson at any time without advanced notice.
Singing Revealed reserves the right to cancel any Singing Revealed class, event, lesson at any time without advanced notice.
Singing Revealed is not required to reschedule a class, lesson or event if Singing Revealed deems cancellation necessary for any reason.
Should Singing Revealed be obliged to cancel a class, lesson or event without rescheduling, Singing Revealed will refund the amount paid by the registered client in full minus credit card, PayPal, Banking and any payment processing fees charged by the payment processing companies used by the client.
3. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY POLICY PARTICIPANTS & CLIENTS
Participants & clients of Singing Revealed classes, events & services in person or virtual online services are required to give advanced notice to Singing Revealed when cancelling any product or service they have purchased.
Refunds will be issued in full or in part according to the timeline and date on which written cancellation was received by Singing Revealed.
30+ days advanced cancellation in writing. Full refund minus card or PayPal processing fees.
14-30 days advanced cancellation in writing. 75% refund minus card or PayPal processing fees.
7-14 days advanced cancellation in writing. 50% refund minus card or PayPal processing fees.
0-7 days advanced cancellation in writing. NO REFUND
Emergency based cancellation determined on an individual basis. Write: [email protected] for last minute cancellation consideration.
Refunds will be processed & ordered by Singing Revealed within 14 days. Singing Revealed is not responsible for the actions of payment processing companies, their affiliates or financial partners which may cause delays of the funds being refunded to the client.
4. LATE PAYMENTS
Singing Revealed reserves the rights to suspend the clients access to Singing Revealed services indefinitely until payment is current.
5. RELEASE OF LIABILITY
I release, indemnify and hold harmless Singing Revealed, Philippe Clark Hall, its members, officers, partners & employees, from and against any and all liabilities, claims, demands and causes of action whatsoever, arising out of or related to any loss, damage or injury, that may be sustained by the student and/or the undersigned during the duration of this agreement.
POLICY UPDATE
Singing Revealed reserves the right to update its policy at any time. Participants and their parents/ legal guardians will be notified of any changes.
